Create Table of Figures in MS.Word 2010

If you have a figure or will enter figures on the tasks that you type with Microsoft Word, and want to list them all in a table format then Microsoft Word can help you to do that Easily, with an option to create auto Table of Figures. and today I'm writing that how you can automatically create table of figures in Microsoft Word 2010.

See the steps below to make it

STEP 1 "Insert Picture and give a Caption
Open your Word document to insert the image, next go to Insert >> Picture and than select your picture

After inserted the picture, please give a caption on the picture with right click >> Insert Caption

click New Label  and than please make your label, after that click OK and OK again

Now caption has been completed, please create a caption on the another image with the same way.

                           

STEP 2 "Create Table of Figures"

After all images are included, and all the images have been give a caption, then the next step is Create Table of Figure.

Create Table of Figure References >> Insert Table of Figures

Choose "Figure." on Label Caption.

Now, Table of Figures has been completed

Quick Steps Make Automatic Table of Contents with Microsoft Office Word 2007 Part-2

In the last post, I gave a Quick Steps Make Automatic Table of Contents with Microsoft Office Word 2007 Part-1, now I will discuss  Quick Steps Make Automatic Table of Contents with Microsoft Office Word 2007 Part-2. This step is slightly different from the previous step.

The steps to create automatic table of contents is as follows:

The first,
of course you want to, being, or even finished writing  or something.

The second,
mark writing that you want included in the table of contents automatically. For example: Please mark Foreword or mark all of which will be Heading 1. Look at the picture

After that we will set the chapter format.
The first,
mark writing that you want included in the table of contents automatically. For example: Please mark Foreword as the title of chapter 1, then right click on Heading 1 -> Modify.  Look at the picture

The second,
After appearing Modify Style box, fill in the variables according the rules of writing to the final chapter title, the Times New Roman, Bold. For settings chapter numbering , click the Format button and select Numbering.  Look at the picture

The third
In the Define New Number Format box insert number 1,2,3 or I,II,III and add a writing style chapter ahead.  Look at the picture

The fourth
Click OK until all windows settings are missing , now there are the words 'Chapter 1' to the left of the word 'Foreword', to put the word 'Foreword' under Chapter 1 to conform to the rules of writing, press shift + enter to look like the one below:

CHAPTER 1

Foreword

Add a little introductory sentences under the chapter heading, for example:

Add the caption for the first section (1.1), such as "Background", select, and then go back into the settings window Numbering for Heading 2 (do as the Heading 1). Choose a numbering format.  Look at the picture

For setting the level number list, click the multilevel list and select the number format just like the picture below:

to make the 'Background' as Sub.Bab 1.1, right-click to the right of his writings -> Numbering -> Change List Level -> 1.1 (to level - 2)

after all the steps above done, the next step is to create a table of contents

Select tools references, and then select the tool table of contents.
And the results will look like the image below

Quick Steps Make Automatic Table of Contents with Microsoft Office Word 2007 Part-1

Hello everyone,
 today I will make a post about "creating Table of Contents quickly and easily" complete with image guidance

In brief, the steps to create automatic table of contents is as follows:

First, of course you want to, being, or even finished writing  or something. If not, what do you make a table of contents automatically?

Second, look  Styles and Formatting. The computer will display a variety of styles and formatting features such as: clear formatting, bold, and so on, including Heading 1, Heading 2, Heading 3, and so on.

Third, now open your writing. Then mark writing that you want included in the table of contents automatically. For example: Please mark Foreword, then "click" heading 1. Please all of which will be heading 1, performed in the same way. For example: Table of Contents, Chapter I, Chapter II, and so on, all done in that way. Easy right?

Fourth, in the same way to subab parts that will lead to two, and even if there is a sub-sub-parts that will lead to 3. But if I only get 2 posts only. No need to post 3. I remember, how are (1) marked the inside of your writing, (2) the click is in heading 2 features

Fifth, click REFERENCE. TABLE OF CONTENT came out in the left pane. click it TABLE OF CONTENT ,

All the steps are completed. picture on the left side is the end result of the above steps











So my brief explanation, hopefully it can be easy to follow. This is the theory, and would be much easier if the theory is put into practice immediately in front of your computer. Hopefully SUCCESS. If not, try to repeat the steps I have described it.

So, the answer is: 101101111

Here you only need to remember about Quadratic 2. Start from

2¹,2²,2³,2⁴,....,....,2ⁿ. For Quadratic approaching with numbers 367 is

2⁸ =256, and then quadratic approaching with numbers 256 is 2⁶=64. Why I don't use 2⁷=128  ???

because, if I totaling 256 with 128 ≠ 367.. And then quadratic approaching with numbers 256 is 2⁶=64 is 2⁵=32, and so on until you get the smallest number.

Now we are going to exercises

• 321 = 256 + 64 + 1 = 101000001
• 432 = 256 + 128 + 32 + 16 = 110110000
• 458 = 256 + 128 + 64 + 8 + 2 = 111001010
• 500 = 256 + 128 + 64 + 32 + 16 + 4 = 111110100
• 356 = 256 + 64 + 32 + 4 = 101100100
• 472 = 256 + 128 + 64 + 16 + 8 = 111011000
• 489 = 256 + 128 + 64 + 32 + 8 + 1 = 111101001
• 333 = 256 + 64 + 8 + 4 + 1 = 101001101
• 319 = 256 + 32 + 16 + 8 + 4 + 2 + 1 = 100111111
• 325 = 256 + 64 + 4 + 1 = 101000101
